1. Do you accept AAA®?
Yes, we do provide AAA® roadside service and towing. Call the number on the back of your card and AAA® will dispatch up; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. How do I know if I need a flatbed?
We can help you decide when you call and provide us details about your situation. Typically, 4-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or vehicles with a flat tire opposite of the drive axle (such as a front flat on a rear-wheel drive car) are good candidates for a flatbed tow. Also, vehicles with excessive damage resulting from an accident and vehicles needing special handling, such as those modified from original manufacturer production and exotic cars, are best transported on a flatbed truck.
3. What information do I need to get my car towed?
Tell us the location of your vehicle, the type of vehicle you have (including the year, make, model, color and license plate), the circumstances of your situation, and the address of the business where your car is being towed, your phone number and how you are paying.
4. What are your hours of operation?
We tow vehicles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5. Do I have to be with the vehicle?
Typically we request that you are with the vehicle. This will allow us to verify ownership of the vehicle and gain access to your vehicle to provide the best possible service. If you are a AAA® member, you are required to be with the vehicle when the truck arrives.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept some insurance, cash, MasterCard® and Visa®.
7. Will you tow my vehicle to a specific auto repair shop?
Yes, call us at 530-273-3180 and let us know where you want us to deliver your vehicle. We’ll take it to your house or your preferred repair shop.
8. What is this going to cost me?
The cost of each tow varies depending on the circumstances involved. We will provide you a fair cost estimate.
9. What services do you offer?
We provide local and sometimes long-distance, motor-home and flatbed towing. We also offer emergency roadside assistance such as tire changes, lock out services, battery jumpstarts, fuel delivery and tire changes.
